Welcome to Miss Pollastrini's 2nd Grade class!
Hi! I am Miss Pollastrini. This is my first year teaching and so far it has been a great one. I believe that all students have the ability to be successful at learning and I make it my priority to show them that they can. I believe that students learn best through a variety of hands on activities and in the context of real world situations. I also make it a priority to develop my lessons around the different learning styles and needs of my students. I believe that it is important to try to get the families of my students involved in their learning and this website is designed to do so. On this website you will find information about me, ways to contact school personnel including myself, information about our classroom rules and management system, updates on what we are currently learning, information on the grading system, and much more.
